The shoot of ‘ultimate star’ Ajith’s long delayed Asal directed by Saran and produced by Sivaji Productions has started in Malaysia.

Ajit is getting mobbed by his fans wherever he goes in KL and other parts of Malaysia!

Remember Ajit is one of the most popular Tamil heroes in Far East? He has earlier done almost the entire shoot of his biggest hit Billa in Malaysia and had great vibes with his local fans.

Now Ajit will be there for a month long shoot for Asal along with Sameera Reddy, Bhavana and Prabhu. A major part of the film is set in Malaysia, as per the script witten by Yugi Sethu and Saran.

The one line story is about a guy who comes from the Chennai slums to become a top underworld don who runs his empire from a foreign land. As he is continuously on the run his army of enemies find it difficult to annihilate him.

The next schedule of Asal will be in Europe, as 95 percent of the story is set overseas. Bharadwaj will provide the music for the film. It will be the most expensive Ajit film, ever made.
